Best Friends Pet Hotel

Love love love this doggie day care. The people here are super great! My 4 legged babies had a blast! I'm sure of this because my Rocko was laying on the kitchen floor trying to hold his head up. Best Friends was a God-sent for sure. I was able to drop them off for my moving day and dropped them off again at day camp for the day while the movers unpacked all my furniture. Will definitely go back there :)

Pet grooming facility looked great, only positive thing I can say. Made a reservation, obtained an immunization record from the vet, was told they would call the vet in advance. That clearly never happened. Was told the record was insufficient since it had to say negative fecal test. Vet was closed at the time so we were denied services. Given we were flying over seas within a few hours, very stressful, staff could not have cared less. Not cool

I often leave my lab for day camp at this facility. They staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The place is very neat and clean. The cost is very reasonable too. Ask for packaged deals; they are cost savers if you plan to day board your pet multiple times a year. They have webcams in the play area. They could improve on the picture quality of the webcams.

Our dog, Hulk, loves Best Friends, and so do we! He goes and plays with his friends for the day and stays for overnight visits. He gets lots of love from the counselors and report cards for each day he's there- we always look forward to reading these! Great place, with friendly dogs and humans!

There are multiple places to board our dog where we live, this is a little bit further away, but our pet seems happiest going here. He's not sad when they bring him into the back when we drop him off when we go on vacation, and you can check on how your pet is doing through their webcam while you're away. They also offer a grooming on the day of pickup which is nice, you can pick your pet up nice and fresh, not smelling like he spent the past week in a kennel. It is more expensive than some places, and they adjust the rates higher during holidays, but we feel this is the best place around.
