Bark Palace Dog Day Care Kennel

Bark Palace is a family owned and operated business located right off of Route 187 in Bloomfield. We have been taking our dog to this facility for 4 1/2 years and couldn't be happier. As you enter the warehouse looking structure, you are boxed in by a security gate which opens into a room filled with couches and dog paraphernalia. You will be instantly greeted by the canine occupants. A small office is located to the left and then the building expands out to the back with a section for small dogs and a section for large dogs. There is also an outside gravel playground area. Lee Ann and her family are definitely dog lovers who are knowledgeable and communicative. Our dog rushes for the door when we drop him off and it is great to have him active and socializing with other dogs without worrying about his quality of care. The facility is clean and well managed and the staff works with you to ensure that you are comfortable with having your dog there. Two things to note - there is quiet time between 12-2 pm so you cannot pick up or drop off your dog during that time. Otherwise, their hours are lengthy and very easy to work within. The other item of note is that the link to the web cam doesn't work. Highly and definitely recommend.

We have been taking our dog here for the past 1.5 years and are so happy with the care he receives. He absolutely loves going and comes home exhausted. We also had a recent illness in the family and he needed to stay overnight with Bark Palace for a few nights at short notice and Leanne and Michelle (the owners) were so accommodating and made it very stress free for us. It is also reasonably priced, it ended up being cheaper for our dog to go there and play all day than getting a single 1 hour walk through services like Wag. I would highly recommend Bark Palace for doggy day care.

Me and my dog both absolutely love this place. After a bad incident at a dog park I was afraid to socialize my Great Dane. They took him in and evaluated him and it was a little bumpy at first, but they worked with him , introducing him a little at a time to more and more dogs. Now I can take him anywhere and he’s the best dog I’ve ever had. I really appreciate everything they’ve done for us ❤️ I also like the nap time policy because my dog needs to rest after eating to prevent bloat.

Bark Palace is a great place for dogs to have fun and exercise. The team and staff treat every dog like their own. They take the time to work and care for each one Our dog always looks forward to plays days and stays at Bark Palace when we go on vacations. Great indoor and outdoor facilities.I highly recommend Bark Palace for all your dog care needs.

We have been taking our two golden retrievers here for more than four years for both day care and occasional boarding. For several years, they were here five days a week. The staff is just great and they take a true family approach to the dogs, unlike the "institutional" doggie day care facilities. We are always comfortable that our dogs will be safe, happy, and well cared for at Bark Palace. In fact, the dogs jump out of the car and run in the door every time they arrive. Highly recommended!
