As a former employee I saw for years how the kennel operates first hand and can give a fact based review free from bias. RBK is a place you can trust to care for your furry family member. Period. The staff is a collection of deeply caring pet professionals with one mission - Keep your pets active, happy, healthy, and safe. They donate many tens of thousands of dollars worth of services each year to help rescue animals, they raise funds constantly for causes beneficial to animals, they excel when it comes to "special" guests who have very specific care needs, and they bend over backwards to treat your pet like they are a member of their own family. That is the kind of culture you want in a business whose job is to care for your pet. You will not find a boarding facility, doggie daycare, or groomer more committed to getting it right for pets and pet parents.

This kennel is one of the worst I have ever seen. I went to the vet prior to my dog attending the kennel to get the needed vaccines. However, my dog got kennel cough twice, each time she attended. It cost around $200 each time at the vet. My dog is still recovering. DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOGS HERE

We bring our little Mini here, the staff is just unbelievable. They are friendly and caring. I would recommend this place and do quite often.

I’ve been taking my 2 dogs here for years and I can’t say enough good things. One of my dogs has some health issues that they make special considerations for. My other dog is a puppy with a ton of energy and she goes to the doggie group play when she stays over. They give her a bath before she leaves and she comes home clean and tired, which is exactly what I need after a day of travel. PERFECT! Highly recommend!
