I can not say enough great things about Baywood. I have boarded my very shy rescue dog Katie here on several occasions. The first time was for 10 days. They suggested I bring her in for an afternoon “test run”. It went great. When I picked her up after my vacation, she was great and happy. I just had her in this year for a week. I also had her groomed while she was there. As expected, she was great and looked beautiful. I also asked about some behavior issues and the staff was very straightforward and practical with the advice. A great place. Great people and I feel very confident knowing my pup is in great hands.

I've boarded my dogs at many different places for many decades and Baywood is far, far and away so much better than any other kennel. The staff is amazing, they understand each dog's very detailed and specific needs and personality and they're super accommodating to the people as well. I adore Brendan and Sarah and Adam and all the staff is great. They're super fair about prices and don't charge extra for every little thing you want. The dogs LOVE it there and fly out of the car to go in. Can't possibly recommend it highly enough.

They were awesome with my dog Molly! They used the special shampoo I gave them. Very friendly owner as well.

Baywood cared for our two dogs & two cats for a week. Our pets were happy and healthy when we returned. The staff was pleasant & kind to our children. It was obvious they had all been well cared for!
