Norwichtown Pet Resort & Spa Inc

They are such caring people. We have been leaving our blood hound with them for years and she loves it there. Always comes back happy and smiling and smelling great. They provide some of the best care for our girl.

As far as pet care goes, they are wonderful. But every time I call to board (2-3x yr) I'm told they don't have the proper paperwork regarding vaccines. Every. Single. Time. They say they have it for one dog, not both. Well since I faxed them over on the SAME sheet of paper, I don't see how that's possible. So frustrating to constantly have to rush at the last minute to find records that should already be documented!

Great place. Put our 2 dogs there for 3 days when we came up from DC. They had a great time. Had them groomed while there and they did a great job. Just be cognizant that it is a "pet resort", therefore you pay for extras like yard time, snuggle time, late let out, etc. Will bring my dogs again next time.

We can’t recommend Norwichtown Pet Resort highly enough! Our very large dogs are fitfully accommodated and always come home so happy (and tired!)
