We needed tires in the worst way. The sales staff knew just what we needed. The price was right. While taking off the old tires, they discovered we also needed front brakes and rotors. They were definitely looking out for our welfare.

I was having a tire repaired, My appointment was at 1pm,I got there at 12:45 and they took my car back. I waited until 1:45 and ask how much longer it would be , he came out and wanted to show me something said because it had a plug in it they could not repair it. That is upsetting but they have rules so ok. The problem I had that after I asked how much longer it would be within 5 min they came out with not doing it.  My time is as important as theirs. I will not be going back to best one.

I always feel like my vehicles have been taken care of by quality mechanics when I have to use their services. I like them so much I bought pizza for the shop one day

Very honest. I came in asking for brake work and they made sure I knew my pads were cheap and squeaky rather than just doing the work. Quick, honest advice saved me several hundred.
