My experience started out good with the car being pulled in the shop right away for an allignment. I explained that the Camber was off but that new camber bolts were installed so Camber is adjustable. Half an hour later they said it was done but that they can't adjust the Camber. After talking to and explaining how to do it to several different employees they said another tech was doing it. I waited, and waited some more, and finally 2.5 hours after the car was pulled into the shop it was done. They left a bunch of black fingerprints on the cloth part of the driver door as a reminder of this place.

Went with this shop via recommendation from a towing service. Dropped my truck off off on a Saturday. Tuesday they call me looking for my key that I left there. Wednesday they call me to tell me they needed more time/money to diagnose the issue. When I walked in the shop later that day, the tech that was working on my truck was on YouTube trying to diagnose my vehicle. At least, that's what he told me. I was amazed that they had asked for more than a $90/hr to diagnose an issue. In the end it took more than 3 weeks to get my truck back, with no warranty for parts or labor,(which is a sign on their wall and printed on their receipts) and body damage to the driver side door panel/front fender. I guess when they're in possession of your vehicle they're not responsible for damages. Will never do business here again.

In the first week I had my car there, I had three different quotes and three different prices. Then they blamed it on my wife saying that she didn't tell them it over headed. I assumed that a mechanic at a repair shop was an expert and it was his job to find out what was wrong with the car. Then it took a total of 5 weeks and a few days to get my car back. I was never informed as to the progress of the repair, and when I called I was lied to. I had one person tell me that the engine was in, then the next day I was told they are still waiting on it. Finally I was quoted 1150 for the engine. I go to pay my bill and it was 1460. I never approved for anything about what was quoted at 1150, or asked if I wanted anything more. They took it on their own to get me a more expensive engine. Then during all of this I was told my shock needed to be replaced, I approved it, but they never did the repair when I picked my car up. They said sorry we forgot. Then finally after getting my car back, I noticed that they scratch up my hood badly. Some claim that they offer a military discount, I never received mine. Very bad customer service and experience. I learned to pay my bill and take my business someplace else. The only reason I am giving them a 1 star is they did put the cost of the rental car to the repair and offered to fix my hood since they scratched it up. Now we cant run the car with the radio on, if we do it will not start at the next attempt. Will only start if the radio is kept off.

I took my car in because it was sputtering and bogging down when idling or going to take off, but not all the time (only sometimes) thought my fuel pump could be going out. Anyways I dropped it off, they informed me it was $89 an hour to diagnose it, I came to pick it up after. And the informed me I needed a Thermostat, a fan clutch, a fuel injection kit, A VVT timing system, fuel filter, etc. and it was gonna be $1600. I knew I couldn't afford that and said the only thing I could go without right now would be the spark plugs.. I found it very shady. So I took it somewhere else today and they told me I didn't need all of that I just need a fan clutch and spark plugs and the repairs are only gonna be $388. For labor and all... Kentucky tech and tire was charging me $900 just for labor!!!! And $700 for parts. I will not be back!! And if I could give no stars I would!!!
