Tire Discounters

I have never had so much fun dropping one and picking my car up from a tire store, I didn't want to leave! The counter staff were great, entertaining, polite and just plane fun! The service in my car was spectacular! It drives better, the tires are great and the prices are very affordable.

My experience at this Tire Discounters could not have been any better. After a rough week with car troubles, someone recommended I stop in here to see if they could help me out. I've had this same issue fixed on my car twice before, so I had low expectations coming in. Dale took a look at it for me right when I got there at no inspection charge and took me back into the garage to show me exactly what was happening with my car. He gave me a nice quote (cheaper than the other two places I had been before!) and was able to fix it that night and even stayed a little later than to make sure I could have it back as soon as possible. The help and kindness they showed really turned my day around and now I will always recommend anyone going to them!

I went to this Tire Discounters for an alignment. I had to wait 1.5 hours which is fine because there was only one mechanic working at the time and other cars were before me. Before I gave them the key they told me they would be giving me a full alignment, adjusting toe, caster and camber. They were working on the car and I don't know if they didn't realize I could see the screen where they were adjusting the alignment, but I could. I watched the entire time and only saw them adjust the front toe, but nothing else, which was odd, but I figured I just wasn't seeing the whole picture and they had adjusted the front and rear. They rolled the car off the alignment rack and asked me for the $80. I asked to see the result sheet. Their response was that they didn't have one. I brought up the fact that I only saw them adjust the toe in the front and I could tell they got a little uneasy. They told me they could not get the result sheet so I asked to speak with a manager. He told me that they didn't have the result sheet like the others did. I told them I wouldn't pay without seeing the result sheet. Finally, they gave me the result sheet. They had ONLY ADJUSTED the front toe on the car. The rear toe was actually WORSE than when I brought the car in. When I asked them about this they said they "guess they just forgot to do it" and put my car back on the rack. They told me they would only adjust the front and rear toe and nothing else, yet they still wanted me to pay the full price! I refused to pay if they had only adjusted 1/6 of the things I paid for. Eventually after a lot of talking to different people and the a** manager, he went out to the car, drove it off the ramp (again), talked with his workers and stormed back in, threw me the key didn't say anything else. Never got a reason for why they didn't adjust anything but the front toe other than "Guess we forgot". This experience makes me wonder how many people they have messed over who had paid for a full alignment there. IF you go there for an alignment (I highly, highly recommend you go elsewhere) I recommend you ask for the results sheet. I'm glad I did.

This is a customer service review. I bought tires here and at that time, the employes were very nice. When I came back for the rotation the man who waited on me was rude. Instead of asking for my car key, he said he "wasn't pushing my car." That's not how you treat a customer who purchased $600 dollars worth of tires. Also, in this line of work, asking a customer for their key should not be uncommon. I'll try another location next time.

3rd trip in one day, manager told me come back at 4, so I did, even took the wheel of the vehicle to save them time, and brought them to him in back of my truck, and get there and he tells me hour an half 2 hours, I said I had an appointment, I will never be back, dont care if it's free, very poorly ran, I'm disabled and for me to haft fo come back 3 times and still no service,, these counter guys need to go back to mc donalds,
