Service took a while, even with an appointment, so that's a little frustrating. But the service is wonderful, everyone is friendly, and I do not get the feeling they're trying to squeeze money out of you. They are very straightforward with your options even if it means they make less money. Complementary coffee, water, and tv while you wait is great. They even have very reasonably priced snacks and drinks.
Just wish the appointments made a difference with wait.

Reliable service, honest, knowledgeable staff. I have been using Goodyear for all my vehicle needs for several years. Always the best service bar none.

Just a totally awesome to come in pick up the emergency roadside bag for free. Great job for Goodyear to give something back to the people that do business there. No one else does it like Goodyear!!!

So far so good. Twenty minutes longer than the estimated wait time, but friendly service and a nice waiting area.
