Anderson County Tire

Amazing customer service. We called ACT to put a patch on a flat tire. Must have been a bad puncture because the tire went flat again. ACT went the distance to make sure we were back on the road by finding a replacement tire and getting it on quick. They are some good people and we're glad to have them in our community.

Very rude and lacks customer service. If your looks for somewhere that can take care of your tire needs DON’T go here if your wanted be treated well. After multiple calls and promises that a tire part was ordered and then would be in 2 days and they would call I received no call. I followed up 4 days later and was told several times I would get a call right back. I waited to the next day with no return call. I then called to inquire and asked why I was not called back and they guy had no reason to give and rude that I would question this. I then ask if he got the part he said he still didn’t know and that they won’t get it anymore either. The employee/owner is lying because he said last week they order them all the time and get them in all the times; plus I bought the same part a month ago from them. I would give no stars to this business. I like to support local businesses, but this one will NEVER receive my business and I will make sure all my friend and family are aware of how awful they do business. DONT support this business.
