Discount Tire

A stellar experience from the beginning to end. Ordered online; they proactively called me to make sure all the order details were complete before a rebate expired. Since the tires I selected weren’t in stock, I was expecting a 3-5 day turnaround; they had them picked up from the warehouse next day. They kept in regular contact with me throughout the day and knew me by name when I walked in and thoroughly answered the questions I had. After having a poor experience at a competitor last time I purchased tires, I’m glad to have found a store I can trust. I’ll be back in 6,000 miles for tire rotation!

Best price on tires that we could find. They have a wide variety of tires, including some fairly inexpensive brands which many other stores do not carry (we didn't want expensive tires for cars that which are on theirs last leg.) So far tires on both sets of tires are holding up well, and I haven't seen any noticeable performance issues. The service was quick as well. I only took off one star because the sales person was trying to sell me higher end tires when I clearly came in for specific tires, although he wasn't too pushy. Will be happy to come back here for my tires in the future.

Love this place. Great products, fair prices, friendly knowledgeable staff, and best warranties and follow up care in the industry in my honest opinion. Have been a customer of this company for about 20 years and plan on being a lifetime one. Was extremely excited when they began opening branches in Kentucky. I won't shop anywhere else for wheel and tire needs. The only downside, and only depends on how you look at it, is there can at times be a lengthy wait but can help be avoided by scheduling an appointment. The way I see it is the wait stems from them being such a great business which leads to a lot of customers all the time. They are worth the wait.

I have enjoyed my experiences at Discount Tire. They are clean, timely, respectful and professional. When my wife tore the side wall of her tire on a sharp curb it needed to be replaced. Thankfully I paid for a warranty on her tires when we bought them. I brought the car in the next morning and in about an hour they had rotated, and balanced the tires, and replaced the torn one with a similar model, at no charge except for $15 to buy a warranty on the new tire. While I was at it I had them replace the old stripped lug nuts too for about $45. So next time I'll be able to install a spare if I need to. Darren I believe is the person I spoke with and he memorized my name and car and didn't have to ask when I returned to pick it up. A good employee. I was impressed.

I've been a Discount Tire fan for many years. They always take very good care of me. In this instance I picked up a very odd shaped piece of metal on the road and had to replace my tire. Usually they can just patch i t, and I do so for free.
