Plaza Tire Service

Came in with power steering problems. They diagnosed it. Cool. Gave them $1200 for “fixing” my car. Not even 2 weeks later I go in because I have power steering problems again. They call me and tell me it’ll be an additional $350. Nope. They didn’t fix the problem so I’ll take my business else where.

Service here is always awesome. We love being able to drop off before they open, go to work, and they work the car in so we can pick up later. They always let us know before doing extra and are willing to get a list of what is needed to we can plan how to take care of the issues.

I still feel the same as my last review...see below!!! if I could give them more than 5 stars...I would!!!!! Plaza Tire Service, 5155 Hinkleville Rd, Paducah, KY is BY FAR the BEST service place I have ever dealt with.... The staff is top notch...friendly...efficient...knowledgeable...and SO willing to do everything they can to get you exactly what you want and exactly what you need...I have NEVER once felt like they were "just trying to sell me something"!!! Quality work...Quality employees...every time I have been in there... I have not only recommended them to people...I have brought my family in to have their vehicles serviced and custom work done.... 5 stars is just not enough!!!!!

Super nice and wonderful service at a good value. Would highly recommend! Nice to see personal service and a caring attitude in today's world.

The Hinkleville Rd. store is THE BEST!!! Friendly staff and if something isn’t right, they will make it right. Love these guys!
