I payed $250 to check in and as soon as I got to my room…THE SHEETS ON THE BED WERE DIRTY AND THEY HAVE BEDBUGS. DO NOT GO HERE
Never again!! Lost my reservation I missed a very important t meeting lucky I wasn't fired
Absolutely beautiful old times me hotel. Staff amazing from front desk Through to the breakfast staff. Beautifully decorated rooms and very comfortable. Lindsay on reception is a gem breakfast was amazing with a great variety of hot and cold full breakfast. Central old town we walked everywhere. Highly recommended
From the time we checked in to the time we left we had an amazing experience. Front desk staff were friendly and welcomed any questions about the area. Any contact we had with any hotel member was positive. All were pleasant and always showed professionalism. We felt very safe as well. Great historic hotel with a great location.
Premier service by staff who treat guests like beloved family members. Loved the choice of chocolate batter or regular to make my own breakfast waffles. And the cooked waffles have the image of the Liberty Bell. I recommend the chocolate with whipped cream!
