If you are a new patient do not transfer here. Makes getting paperwork from previous locations difficult. Phone lines “disconnect” after a transfer. If you are coming out of state don’t even look this direction. Terribly disappointed.

Although the service I received from providers and staff was great, something is off with billing. I went to my physical appointment and had labs drawn. The physical visit was sent to my insurance and processed correctly but the labs were never sent to insurance for some reason. I found this out because I got a bill 3 months later for the labs; I call the company that processes their billing and give them my insurance information and they say they will send the claim. Another few months and I get the bill again; I call again, they say they never sent the claim because it was past the filing deadline, not my fault!! So I call my insurance and sit on the phone on hold with them while they call the billing company to tell them to file the claim. Another few months later, I get the bill again! I call my insurance and they again never filed the claim!! This is going to cause me issues with my credit over their mistake!! Unfortunately I have to switch my clinic because this billing error is unacceptable.

I had been with Dr Huynh for 8 years. She is awesome. I had no word to say about her. I have so much problems with her nurse and care. November 2020 , I called Dr huynh because I’m developed with shingle. It’s hurt really bad. I did need the care. It’s been treated but the pain not going always. I did have side effects from the medication. Vomiting and dizziness. I did call her and let her know. Her nurse responded to me. It’s was normal. It’s side effects. Just drinks a lot of water. Thanks you! But I knew it’s not normal to me. I was stop right away. Happening again, I cannot hold my patience as my loyalty and trust. I’m so disappointed. I’m leaving a message for dr huynh in website. Having pain on both side in the back. A call back “ can’t schedule with dr huynh”.. told me come to urgent care and come back to make a appointment with her. I’m don’t understand what is the points. I’m feeling to see internal medicine so hard for me. Even I have a lot of pain. If I can give negative star for nurse in the office at bidmc dorchester!! -5 stars
