This is one of the greatest places to store your belongings in the Kansas City area! GREAT customer service from Nicole and Deanna, they are very attentive. They explained the lease in great detail, very competitive in price compared to other places, given the quality, amount of security, and how well the property is maintained; this is the best place for you! On top of it, it is climate controlled, which makes me feel safer about my items, it's like having it in my home, but in Storage!

Deanna is one of the most friendly and attentive managers you will ever meet. She works very hard to provide you the best experience possible. She works extremely hard to work on the site to keep it clean and fixed up. You will find no one else better to help you out with your needs!!

Staff is very helpful and friendly, even when they are busy. Nicole was alone when we rented but she took care of our needs quickly despite being busy. Would recommend to anyone needing a high quality experience and a clean storage spot.

These people are great and the place is better than any place else I've stored my things. The place is always clean, and the staff is efficient and helpful. The bathroom for unit holders is a plus.

Very high security! If that's what you need this place definitely has it. Great price for climate controlled units. They need to be a bit more transparent about certain policies and getting into a unit is a bit of a headache, but I'm very satisfied with them.
