The property manager delivered awesome customer service today and got me into my new unit extremely quickly. Her kindness was truly appreciated!

The on-site staff at this storage location is AWESOME. ESPECIALLY the manager Shaunda. Everyone was understanding and helpful both when we moved in and then moved out. We were so happy we wound up with three units. THANKS, SHAUNDA!

I changed my review from a 1 to a 4 because, after my original review, I received a call from a regional manager saying there was an error in our rate increase. The increase in our rate was reduced to an increase of about $10 a month. It was great to have that change made with very little effort on my part. Thank you for doing the right thing. BEWARE! We got a great price at move-in and everything has gone well with our unit. 6 months in and we were just hit with a $50/month price increase on our unit!! $10-$20/month we could accept, but $50 a month is outrageous. We feel trapped and taken advantage of. We don’t want anyone else to find themselves in our position.

I rented a unit today at this location. I need to store some hobby materials while some remodeling is being done. Shaunda McPherson (manager, I think) was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable about my questions. She even asked if I need boxes for the moving of my stuff. Don’t right now but I now know where to get them. Looking forward to working with this location.

Looking for storage for a family member moving to the area, I went to the Public Storage in Merriam. I had the pleasure of speaking with Shaunda. She was pleasant, provided all the information I needed and answered all my questions. The facility is clean and Shaunda provided excellent customer service. I recommended this storage facility to my niece.
