The staff was very helpful and provided great information to help us with our storage needs. They were quick and efficient getting our paperwork taken care of and then getting our unit set up. I appreciated there friendly and supportive staff. Christy and Billy were great.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The girls in the office were very helpful. They took the time to show me several units until we found the perfect one for my needs.

Extra Space Storage is great facility. The space was clean and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

5 stars for Ms. Talley. She walked me through the rental process and made great suggestions on how to better use my rental space. She was very friendly and loved her personality. Nice to know that there are still some great people working in the customer service field. I am am in my sixties but would consider her a great person to be a friend. 
Thank you Ms. Talley for all you did for me today. It made things so much easier for me considering I rented last minute.

Super easy to make reservation online. Staff was friendly, helpful and made the experience seamless.
