Bicycle Post Inc

It's not the quality of work that I have issue with, although it's pricier than necessary, but the most important issue with this store is the lack of customer service. Always leave feeling like the personnel could care less about having my business. There's another bike store on 10th Street I am going to check out.

I Walked right in and found a Bicycle that was made for tall people. The Lady even allowed me to ride the bicycle in the Parking Lot. I Love this Bike.

What an awful experience. My four and seven year old kids were sitting on bikes when Hal walked in the front door yelling for them to get off, startling them so bad both fell off taking down several other bikes. Hal did not even offer to help or ask if my kids were ok.

Great staff, they know their stuff and are always friendly! Just got a tune up done and everything is flawless. They won't try to tell you a bunch of parts are messed up to try selling you more services or parts either. And if you're looking for a specific accessory or part they will help you find whatever you're looking for and order it for you. They also keep you very well informed when you're having service done so you don't have to go days wondering what's going on with your bike. I would highly recommend the Bicycle Post to anyone needing anything bicycle related!!
