Performance Bicycle

I’ve purchased two bikes from this location. The first was a bike for my work commute and the second was a road bike for longer rides. The staff at this location has always been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their inventory. You can also order a bike online and have it shipped to the in store location where they will assemble it for you. Joining the team performance program gives you back 10% of your purchase to be used in store, which is a major perk.

Jeff was really great. I got a bike at Cary Performance that was too big for me and their service was underwhelming. I was able to get a full price return and Jeff and the other staff members spent time with me to determine what would be a good fit. I got a new bike ordered and can't wait to bring it home. If you are looking at Performance to get a bike, go to this store!

I went to performance bicycle in raleigh after having an uncomfortable interaction with a private seller and I was blown away by their customer service! Will went above and beyond to help me find the bike I needed and kept me within my budget. Afterward he ensured that I was comfortable on the bike and helped make sure I would be safe.

If you’re just ordering parts Performance is fine but their service is really bad. Just a merry go round of people working there, nobody knows what is going on, and they all blame someone else. Instead of blaming others just take a little initiative and get things done.
