Performance Bicycle

This bicycle shop is by far the best. I've been to several stores and the others weren't bad it's just that performance went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I got the right bike, they've explained and answered any questions I had regarding bikes, repairs, gears, I mean everything. Jessica and Matt really took their time with me being that I am such a newbie at this cycling activity down to the payment part. I really appreciate the service. They really made me feel like family. Thank you so much performance bicycle in chapel Hill.

Took some new tires in to get sealed and aired up. Excellent prices and friendly service. The service guy seems super knowledgeable. Good prices on parts and equipment too.

This bicycle shop is awesome. They are always ready to help out. Haven't had a problem with any material purchased from the store either. They host early morning ride series which is an awesome and helpful experience for folks of all ages.

They've repaired my the bikes of my children a couple different times. Each time the repairs were timely and professional. They did a few other additional adjustments as well. Outstanding service.

Brought in two older bikes for minor maintenance service. I appreciate their staff's sensitivity on how to address the issues in a cost sensitive manner. On one, they helped me find the parts I needed and I took everything home to fix myself. On the other, they did enough troubleshooting to address an issue I was having with lubrication (and sitting overnight) instead of trying to push replacing. I so appreciate honest help and will continue to give my business here.
