Dave listened very thoughtfully to what I was looking for in tuning up the mechanical components on my electric bike, and did everything he could to make the repairs I was interested in (new shifters, trued wheels, new chain, new brake pads). He didn't try to talk me out of anything or upsell anything. Instead, he tried to make the repairs budget friendly wherever possible. I got a full tune up, and my old bike feels like a new machine now (much more so than any bike tune up I've ever gotten previously).

I am very pleased with my shopping experience. I brought in a bike that was just about ready the dumpster. Had good bones but needed a complete overhaul ! Thank goodness I found Spokes bike shop. They gave me an accurate idea of the needed repairs, found things I missed when I first brought it in. Wow when I picked it up , better than new :) Better quality parts from a local specialist, wheels where nice and true. The bike was clean and ready when they said it would be. Give a local bike shop any day . Thank spokes , you put my wheels bake on the road . I will shop here and send friends here again and again. Plus nice friendly owners .

Doesn't answer the phone and is rude when he does answer. Guess he doesn't want any business. Rude Rude Rude!

Good work done fast. Price was reasonable. Service was great with free follow up for fine tuning. Thanks.
