Big O Tires

My wife and I will give the highest grade for our visit to the Big O in Idaho Falls, ID. They were wonderful, not only how they made us feel, but how willing they were to take care of out tire problem after experiencing a tire blowout on Saturday evening. The we're willing to continue working even after normal closing to make sure our needs were met. Could not ask for better service. Thank you so very much.

These guys are crooks. They deleted my review off of Facebook. I had to get my vehicle another alignment at a different tire store in town, because it was still pulling to one side. They gave me some printout, that must have been made up, because when I had it rechecked less than a week later, it was exactly like it was when I took it to them, to begin with, not what their printout said they corrected it to. I also had to buy a new oil cap. It disappeared, coincidentally after I got an oil change there. Now that I know George and Stephanie support their practices at big o Ammon,I wouldn't go to either big o in Idaho falls or Ammon. Save yourself some money go somewhere that they'll only have to do the work once.

By far the worst experience hands down. Twice I've taken my vehicle to your store and both times have had issues after the fact. Took my car in to check the cv joints and no issues but I leave and get on the interstate and get up to 55 and the car is shaken out of control. Have to take it back and have the tires balanced. Strike one. Take my other car to fix a hole in the tire and get an oil change. After leaving my car now has a shake in the back, take it back in and come to find out the rim is bent. Get told it's from hitting a pothole or something of that nature. I explained it to him that I didn't hit a pothole and the car started to shake after leaving their establishment and want me to pay over a 100 dollars to fix the rim they messed up. I will be in contact with your store and if you can't resolve your mess up then I'll take it on up the ladder until I get results. I just want your mistake to be fixed.

Called about the free alignment check coupon and they got me right in, done in less than 30 minutes Jesse was very helpful explained everything clearly very pleased with all the guys there
