I’ll never go back. I received a coupon in the mail for a free oil change and ended up being charged $40 for it. Then they sold me a cabin air filter. Upon inspection of their work I found my old cabin filter stuffed behind the new one. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the old one wasn’t even that dirty, as you can see from the picture. Wish I could get my time and money back. Don’t go here.

They happen to be in my general neighborhood, convenient, but they are much more than just convenient. Great products and service on anything that they offer. We are very satisfied with tires that we recently purchased and had mounted, very fair pricing, and they completed their work and inspection in the time that they estimated. They offer something very unique, without any purchase or appointment, they’ll check your tires air pressure and fill to the correct psi. They’re a good neighbor. David Juarez Goodyear AZ

What an awesome place. Major is definitely fully aware of what he's doing and makes everybody feel welcome in his shop. Everybody we talked to on the phone was friendly, then in person we were greeted by a friendly face. Even when I left my vehicle and had to run an errand, he called back asking where the tire lock was and the jewelry that was hidden in the same place was untouched. Definitely trust taking my car here again and absolutely will. Thanks for the service, boys!

Would give them 10 stars if I could. Ended up with a flat today and was close to the shop so I called knowing they closed in 15min, was told to get it over to them asap and they would take a look. Was able to get my car to them and get it checked out. I knew my tires were in bad shape and would need a new full set, Tommy confirmed they couldn't be patched and started telling me what my options were. As soon as I told him I work from home and don't drive very often he immediately started looking for the cheapest option knowing I didn't need all the bells and whistles. His team was amazing!!! They had the new tires on in less than 30min. I am from Alaska where tires get changed every season. I have never had such quick service and I let him know. Tommy took the compliment and shared it with his team in the back, not something you see very often. Super classy opperation all around. Will be using them for any future tire needs!

I will 100% be coming back to this location! The guys were super helpful at helping me understand what was going on with my tires and giving me recommendations. I let them know I was leaving for a long road trip home to Washington over the holidays and they not only got me set up with some new ties but also check in on my a few days later to make sure everything was feeling good. 10/10 would recommend. I’ve used this big o tires for service in The past and have had great services provided by the staff. Today I brought in my car for some services and worked with Brooke. She was amazing, great customer service and communication. She found me the best deal possible and got my car up and running! Definitely will recommend this service center and send them over to Brooke.

Alex is a really great manager that came up with a reasonable price to fix my car and get me going the same day. The front desk was excellent as well great customer service with down to earth and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend Big O Tires, felt like a family oriented business who cares

Had then mount and balance my new tires on my brand new rims. Next day I had them do an alignment. Thanks for the quick service. Julian works hard.

My car was rattling, vibrating and felt unsafe to drive. A lot of maintenance had not been done on it. Big O found all the issues and repaired it the same day. Now it drives like a different car- almost feels like new. This shop has great communication, follow up and is friendly. Highly recommend!

I called on Thursday and was given a walk-in time slot for Friday not an appointment. They had left a note and were ready when I got there. Major clearly explained what they were going to look at. Communicated at the time he said even though they were still given it a 2nd set of eyes. At the end Major, gave me options explained the pros and cons and set a realistic expectation of how it will drive after. Great experience, I highly recommend.
