Big Play Entertainment Center

I love this place. The folks that work there are attentive and will fix any problem that comes up. Every game works. They change games out on a regular basis. I tried their food for the first time today and have to say it was pretty good. Service was great. The food was hot. Our water was funny and came back several times. As I said earlier I love this place.

I haven't experienced everything Big Play has to offer, but I will say the arcade is impressive! They actually have two arcades: a smaller one in the back, and the big one up front! All the games seemed to be working, a huge plus for children. I saw some games here that I used to play as a child: Mortal Kombat, Defender, Donkey Kong, Mario Bros, and more! They a special on Mondays: unlimited arcade games for $20. Also located in the game room is a restaurant (which I plan on trying out one day), a 12 lane bowling alley, and a two lane mini bowling alley. In conclusion, you can't go wrong with Big Play! I'll update as i come back and try out everything else they offer.

Poor service and game I played was apparently not working correctly. Luckily it was only a $5 card but the girl working was of no help and shrugged her shoulders as a response. I told her it was my first time there. I used the full $5 on one game that I saw that I liked. I should have gotten a lot of tickets off of it. She said there was nothing on the card and i told her there should have been a lot and the game must not be working properly. It also didn't produce the cards it's supposed to. She just shrugged her shoulders and i said that's it and she shrugged her shoulders again so i said that was a waste and handed her back the empty card and left. Not going back!

GREAT destination for family entertainment. Good, fair prices. Crowds weren’t bad. Nice staff!
