This place is great! I had a garment that needed to be taken in for my graduation. It was the day before and I was desperately looking for a place that would be able to do it for me but every place I went to said they wouldn’t have time to get it done by the next day. I came here and the owner let me know that the person who does their alterations is at their other location and that I should head there asap and they could get it done! As I was leaving, I was confused on how to get to the location and the owner very kind lady offered me a ride there! The customer service was amazing. I was able to get my graduation dress altered that day and have it ready for the next day. I can’t thank them enough! They are lifesavers! Thank you so much!!

so disappointed used to use this place for years i had such an awful experience i will never go back. they withheld my garments over a long weekend when it was due friday mind you i left this for dry cleaning TUESDAY i called saturday when it was a day late and they assured me it would be delivered by end of day. it wasn’t and i was leaving town on monday. sunday and monday came and went and they were not open so i had to change my flights to leave tuesday. to make matters worse i show up tuesday furious i had to change my travel because they couldn’t deliver on time and the garments were not even done. what they were doing for the entire 7 days between dropping it off and getting it i have no idea but save your money and avoid here.

The staff are super helpful and kind. I have gone to this location for 10 years. Great job when it comes to alterations along with getting out deep stains. Staff always remember me which helps feel so welcomed. They always pay attention to detail and always follow thru with requests. Definitely recommend.

I had my wedding dress preserved by Sister Cleaners. They did a fantastic job! There was a ton of dirt on the bottom of my dress outdoor wedding! and they got the stains out and preserved it in a beautiful box. Thank you for doing a great job! They are also fantastic dry cleaners who we've used for years!

Do NOT get alterations done here. I brought a pair of pants and a dress to get hemmed. They used GLUE to hem the pants. They are absolutely unwearable now and they charged me $40 for each piece. Will never bring my clothes here again.

I bought a shirt that had a very unique print but it fit me quite big. I wanted to get it altered but was afraid it wasn’t going to be get done because the the shirt was sensitive and had a hard pattern on it. The cleaners did a good job on altering it. It stills looks brand new ! Highly recommend this place !

I have lived in the neighborhood since 2013 and have been going to Big Sister Cleaners the whole time. They are very professional and they deliver in a timely manner.
