My wife and I used Wash-o for a year and only had exceptional service. Super efficient, thorough, and friendly. Their hardworking staff went above and beyond to have our clothes ready even when factors beyond their control like weather or power outages made it difficult. Superb business.

I used the delivery service for laundry & Dry Cleaning. Here are my pros & cons. Pros: Good customer service they are really nice. Turnaround is quick and reliable. Never lost my laundry and It came back clean. Organic options for detergent. Cons: My frustration with this place is there are a lot of fees for services you didn't ask for. I got fees for hang drying sweaters that I've put in the dryer for years. I told them they didn't have to hang dry but they still did. I also asked for them too use bleach with whites but my white towel came back looking the same. There is a $5 fee for duvet covers but not sheets...other places don't charge me for this. Dry Cleaning: I sent my down coat but it came back smelling almost the same... Another con for me that other people might like: they let you choose between sensitive unscented wash or a normal scented wash. I like my laundry to have a fresh smell. The first time the laundry came back with no scent so I asked if they could make sure they use regular detergent the second time around and softener. It came back unscented once again...some people might like this...Service: Delivery
