I completely disagree with the review about Ms. Shannon Wilkerson. She was more than helpful and willing to do anything and everything to ensure that my family and I (11 of us) were more than happy and taken care of for our trip to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. Anytime I had ANY question, she was ready to help and answered with very educated responses. Shannon Wilkerson is the best travel agent at Big Sky Travel. So, if you want to book with this agency, REQUEST SHANNON WILKERSON. She’s incredible. Our trip to Playa was so amazing and it was all thanks to Ms. Wilkerson.

Do not book here. I had the worse experience ever. My travel agent, Shannon Wilkerson, made me believe that my vacation arrangements were set for my family and I annual vacation (8 of us). However, once I got to Cancun, Mexico, the resort advised that my specifically requested handicap room was not available , as the resort books "first come, first serve." Then, my family's room were not available either. The resort "upgraded" our rooms for one night, and the next day, we were being kicked out of the "upgraded rooms." My family and I were supposed to be on vacation, but instead we encountered a number of issues. When I contacted Ms. Wilkerson, and notified her of the nightmare my family and I encountered, she conveniently blamed the resort and her reps. I, then spent a whole day dealing with the resort's GM, and never heard back from Ms. Wilkerson. Please take my advise and avoid this place.

I walked in and all the agents were busy so I had a seat on the couch and one of the agents turned to me and said, 'what are you doing?' I was taken aback. I replied, 'waiting to see an agent' She was exasperated with me and told me to come over to her desk. The two adults and baby left the chairs from across her desk so that I could sit down and she went back to talking to the customer on her phone headpiece NOT me. I felt like I was imposing on her time and left without scheduling a graduation trip.

Big Sky Travel Source went above and beyond to ensure that each person attending our trip was well taken care of! They are happy to answer questions and they work hard to find the best deals! Fantastic customer service!

I don't know what the previous reviewer was talking about! I have used this company on many occasions and for many years and have had excellent service each and every time. They are very customer oriented and on the ball. Never have had a bad experience. Our personal agent is Judy.
