Big Ten Rentals

We came to Big 10 to rent/ purchase materials for our annual event and the entire staff could not have been more accommodating, helpful, and understanding of our budget and event goals. Would absolutely recommend for any party, event, or occasion planning!!!

Inquired about renting cash machine. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was very short and informed me that we were three hours away. I asked how much it would cost to ship. He said "A lot". I said, "Ok, what's a lot? His answer the second time was also "A lot" OK, now I'm doing my best to keep smiling. I say "What's a lot, like $150 each way?" (because I would have paid that). "No, it'd be $1100." I said "OK, we'll take a pass then" (politely, still smiling) and all I heard in response was"click".

I worked with Big Ten Rentals for an event that I was planning to rent their synthetic ice skating rink. I had never used this product before nor had I ever seen it. The friendly staff was always willing to work with me. They answered all of my questions, were responsive to my emails, and always returned my phone calls. The team that came to unload and set up was fast and efficient. I couldn't have had a better experience. It seemed a little pricy at first, but after the event was over I received so many shining reviews from those who attended. I would highly recommend using Big Ten Rentals for any rental need! They are awesome!

Wanted car dolley. Said they one they had needed tail light fixed. would not fix tail light so i could rent it. Screw this place.
