Returned a water hose real that had broken no problem.returned my money. .Would buy more from this place. also bought other air hose reals they work great

New splitter motor was running lean. Dropped off noon done next morning to pick up. Now ladies and gentlemen that is customer service on 25 year ?? Old splitter. Thanks a lot Northern, I will be around for more of this.

Came here last night to exchange a tool that had a broken blow off valve. (Opened at 100 psi when it was designed to open after 160 psi). I had my receipt and everything in order. Let me mention NO ONE was in the store at the time. It was dead. I was told a manager needed to over ride...for an exchange. Fine. I waited and waited and waited. After 30 minutes I lost it, took the broken tool home and decided to try again at another time. To say I am disappointed would be enough. So I will leave it at that. To top it off, the girl who was helping me was irritated that she had to help. While waiting for a manager, she put her head down and completely ignored the fact that I was standing there. I have no plans to buy a single item from this store again, nor do I plan to suggest it to anyone I know.

Northern tool has some good stuff but this store is just harbor freight type items
