Big Tex Storage

I recently rented 2 spaces at the Montrose Location and my account was being handled by a gentleman name DANIEL there . So first and foremost, I would like to give a big shout out to Daniel who ultimately helped me with selecting good units to store my furniture and ultimately helped me with my payments each month when I called in as I had to travel for the past few months . Daniel was COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE with the whole rental process. Always PLEASANT ATTITUDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I truly cannot even say enough good things about him. He Absolutely deserves a Big Promotion to a Manager Position I highly recommend this facility as overall my unfits were safe and the place is very clean and secure. Thank you !!! Kemi

Great place to store some things. It is a very secure venue and I like that they offer a move in truck for tenants. Very clean, and the staff was helpful.

This facility is the cleanest and most maintained I’ve ever experienced. It’s secure and the climate controlled units are the best I’ve experienced! Nichole has always been friendly and very courteous. If you’re thinking about using Big Tex, definitely go and see Nichole, she’ll get you taken care of!

I had a great experience with Big Tex! I had to transfer my belongings there after a bad experience with pests at a nearby facility, and the staff and facility at Big Tex were incomparably nicer than were I was using before. Everyone was so helpful, and the facility was clean and well-lit. I never felt uncomfortable being at the facility alone or at night. Very secure.

This is a well-organized, immaculately clean, friendly business, fulfilling its promise to serve customers in the best way possible. I rented from them for over five years and I am happy to report that they did a stellar job. On one occasion, I received a message from one of the onsite managers, notifying me that my storage unit had not been closed or locked properly. That simple gesture was greatly appreciated, as I was able to secure my storage unit and avoid any potential loss. If anyone reading this review is considering doing business with this company, look no further... BigTexStorage is legit and one that you can trust. I am very pleased with the excellent customer service provided by Nicole. She is very friendly and very accommodating with my last minute needs. I have peace of mind knowing that my personal belongings are in a secure unit with its own integrated alarm system. Rates are extremely reasonable in comparison with other storage companies I have used in the past. I highly recommend Big Tex Self Storage in Montrose, they are definitely the best around!!
