Update. Turned out one of the employees parked her car in the loading area. Totally inconsiderate when moving trucks are in line waiting. I waited for an hour. Also - the office is supposed to open 9:30am. No one is here.. at 10:00am Should definitely have chosen another storage facility!! Update.. two moving trolleys are not enough. The few times I have tried to access my storage room the ramp has been busy with trucks lining up.. Down to 2 stars. Kizzy was super helpfull, and everything went smooth! I rented a storage room.
Kizzy was absolutely a charm to work with. She made my experience coming into the office smooth and I left full of joy with the exceptional customer service she provided. I’ve been a customer for 3 years now and she’s one of the best staff I’ve come across at this location!
I encountered an issue on my move in date with the gate which caused me not to move in as planned. It was extremely frustrating and a huge inconvenience. I came in the next day and I spoke with the Storage Manager, Kizzy and she was professional and very empathetic. She emailed her District Manager immediately and the issue was resolved. I'm happy how things ended. I also received assistance from Jimmy prior to my moved in date and he was also a pleasure to work with!!
Kizzy was awesome! She was patient and very helpful. I’m happy I was able to get to work with her in order to make the best decision for my needs.
