I rented a space through the iStorage call center today. When I arrived at the physical building, I learned that the gentleman from the call center had made a few mistakes, but who among us hasn't made mistakes, right? I try to give grace to people who may be having a bad day and are not on their game. It happens to the best of us. He said I would be on the second floor, but it was the fourth. He said it would be in building 4, but there isn't a building 4, it's just one building. He gave me the code to the gate, but there wasn't a gate and he had given me the wrong code to access the building... and h e had set me up on auto pay or so I thought. But THANKFULLY, the kindest office manager ever was still there when I arrived. She went through and corrected every mistake that the call-center operator had made during my telephone reservation. She took me to show me how everything worked and where my unit was located. Even with all of the mistakes that were made, she made up for all of it with her professionalism and beautiful customer service skills. The climate-controlled building was clean and the temperature was perfect. I was glad to see that they had carts to use for bringing things in and out of the building because the call-center operator told me I would have to bring my own. Bless his misinformed heart.‍ I also think that the amount charged for the unit was very fair. I'm glad to be moving from my current storage to this much closer one, largely in part because of Hanna and her kindness in helping me to settle in.

Do not rent here. Hanna the “assistant manager” has a horrible attitude and would rather argue with customers about nominal issues than perform her job properly. She called the police on me after she instigated an argument over use of a trash can on the property. She came out of the office screaming and threatening to charge my account $400. We kindly told her we would remove the items we placed in the trash, as we were not aware of policy. That wasn’t good enough for her. She then went into the office and turned the lights off for the next 2 hours and refused assistance to all customers on site. The police arrived and agreed that she was intolerable and laughed at the situation. There are homeless people living in the units, but she decides to call the police on legal customers instead. This facility was great before iStorage took over.

Great establishment. Clean and smells nice. Friendly service. Quick and efficient. Erik was professional from start to finish. Will recommend this storage facility to everyone in need.

Had a situation with an employee at this location, Hannah. She was rude, unprofessional and had a nasty attitude. Needed some assistance and she refused to help. She definitely needsto learn the meaning of customer services. And to call yourself a manager…… you have a lot to learn to be deserving of that title

I was very pleased with the service at iStorage. Erick was a great help and very patient with me. I would surely recommend the 5503 Almeda location.

I rented a storage locker today and was helped by Hannah. She was very welcoming and made the rental experience a pleasant one. She had a lot of patience and was able to answer all my questions. I would easily recommed this location to anyone looking for a storage unit Also, the location is excellent and very clean and well kept inside and out.

I had an amazing experience here. It was a very smooth process in quickly getting a small unit. Also, everything is super secure, including the unit locks that are provided also. I'm very grateful to Chris the onsite manager for his great positive energy and assistance. Thank you very much!

The manager there Chris couldn’t have been a greater help to me finding a storage unit that fit my needs. He pointed out the available units that best fit my situation and escorted me around the property to see them. I found the perfect one and was able to move in immediately, I couldn’t be more happier with the service and accessibility at istorage.

Hannah is a pleasure to deal with regarding the tedious task of storage! Sometimes these interactions can be less than enjoyable. Instead our experience with Hannah was entirely professional, courteous, and helpful. She is ridiculously organized which gave us confidence in having our personal possessions under her supervision of the property. Hannah also remembered our previous conversations and concerns. She pointed out how the different storage locker sizes might benefit our needs best for an upcoming move and home renovation. Thank you for having an exceptional person in this position. Don’t let her go anywhere. She’s great!
