My family and I came here back in October when it was like 70 degrees out. We had Caleb and Casey as our guides and they exceeded our expectations. They made it fun and exciting and treated our kids amazingly. The whole 7 courses of zipines is definitely worth it! I would recommend anyone to go here. Our children still talk about how much fun they had. Caleb went out of his way to help my youngest on the last haul of stairs. Thank you again Caleb and Casey your kindness and generosity made a life long memory which is truly cherished.

Great staff and a great course. We had Sarah and Jackson as our guides, and they were awesome. You do 7 zip lines total. One or two of them go over a lake. The last 2 zip lines on the course are the longest and the tallest. Don't let any cold weather discourage you from going! We went out in the beginning of April - it was about 32 degrees, but it was sunny. The wind chill was probably in the mid-twenties. I wore some sweat pants under my jeans, and layered up two long sleeve shirts and a sweater under my jacket. They provide you with a helmet and gloves, but if its cold out bring a stocking hat and gloves as well. The gloves which they give you are to protect your hands from the zip line, not to keep your hands warm, so you should bring a tight pair of winter gloves so you can wear them under the gloves which they provide. Overall it was a great experience and the staff was great. I would definitely do it again! The course is in a wooded/wilderness area next to Noah's Ark, so there are some great views when you're on the towers. I doubt that there is a better zip line place in the Dells for this price.

My family and I go to the Dells VERY often, but no matter how many times my family would come to the Dells, we’ve never really gone out anywhere. We would always only do the jet boat and the duck boat but never the zip line. Our first time we had a fantastic experience here. It was around July of 2017 and I was 15 yrs. The temperature was around 85 degrees. It was sunny and warm. It felt nice with the wind in our faces. I was scared at first, but our tour guide Sophia and Ovi/Oman (which ever one it was) made me feel more safe, comfortable and confident. They were funny, approachable, energetic and nice. They made everyone feel safe and happy. Sophia would always try to reach out and ask a couple questions about us. They both made it a wonderful experience. Everything was kind of expensive, but i thought it was definitely worth it. I usually talk about the negative 👎 side to everything, but I truly have nothing negative to say. (Shocking) Well, we did had to wait two hours to do the zip line because my family was pretty large (9) and couldn’t go on the 12:30 one. The only problem is that they didn’t let us bring our personal stuff with us on the zip line due to it getting lost, so I couldn’t bring my inhaler. Other then that, I loved it. It was fun and I hope we get to do it again when we visit over the summer.

Very bad service, I’ve injured my thumb and they didn’t had any medication. Later I came to know I’ve fractured my thumb. Such a bad experience and would never come to this place again. People were very good, no complaints there. Service was bad. I need to live with this fracture for few months now :(
