Tod was a very good host and kept the guests happy. Very courteous. Excellent driver. Reminding everyone, although courteously, was not necessary and a little rude. The Baraboo wines were really good however the fawn creek wines were a waste for a real wine drinker. We all enjoyed the tour,

I was suppose to get a private trolley for my golden birthday. We went back and forth confirming this through email. First our bus was suppose to be at our house to pick us up at 4:30 (also previously confirmed over and over again). My phone calls weren’t answered because I was trying to figure out what was going on. Finally get a call at 4:45 saying they would be there in 20 minutes. Driver finally shows up and speeds like hell all the way to the Dells from Baraboo. There was a trolley and we get on at Bobbers to have other people join our “private” trolley. Was then messaged that there needs to be at least 20 people for a private trolley. Even though when they asked how many people and I said 18. They never told me that and said it would be no problem! We obviously made the best of the situation, but it was pretty disappointing that everything didn’t go according to plan. It seemed to me that my party was forgotten about and the restaurants weren’t expecting us. I wouldn’t book another party.

I've been on a couple different Trolley tours and must say, They're Great! So much of Wisconsin Dells caters to children that the Trolley Tours really make sense for adults! This is a one-of-a-kind experience you can't get anywhere else! The staff is so friendly and the driver's sense of humor is excellent. Be prepared for a few laughs along the way. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to have a good time!

This was the worst experience in recent memory. Lackluster waste of $50. Proceed with caution. Went on the Margarita & Taco Loco Fiesta Tour scheduled from 5-9PM with 3 stops for Margaritas, chip & salsa, and dinner. A taxi picked us up from the hotel and to the Bobbers to take the trolley from there. We waited for over an hour then for the tour to start, an hour later. STOP #1 - a Mexican restaurant that was not prepared for the size of the group on the trolley, about 25 people total. We sat at a table, were given menus, and never taken a drink order. No one knew what was going on. About a half hour later we were finally brought a margarita and chips and salsa, both of which were awful. My group then ordered queso and an appetizer because the chips and salsa were so bad and we were starving (which we paid for). It is now about 7 and on to STOP #2. A random bar with a nice view, but definitely nothing to do with mexican food or margaritas and was a complete 180 in terms of atmosphere. This appeared to be a cocktail lounge. After about 15 minutes of taking in the view, my friend and I approached the bartender to see if we could have a drink and she said we could have a shot of rail tequila only. We opted for a beer (which we paid cash for) and waited for the bus to leave around 8PM. STOP #3 - we started driving...and kept driving...25 minutes later we ended up in BARABOO WISCONSIN at Jose's Authentic Mexican Restaurant. Again, no one had a clue we were coming nor a clue what came with our prepaid trolley tour. We were sat in the back. We all received one margarita, which was the highlight of the night, it was delicious and I will give them that. However, the restaurant had no idea we were supposed to get dinner. When I asked for a menu, they then said they were bringing out food. They brought 5 plates of steak fajitas for everyone to share in the entire group. I am a vegetarian and do not eat steak - was definitely under the impression we could order what we wanted as far as food or would at least have some type of selection. It is now 9:30, the tour was supposed to be over, and we had to force the driver to get us back to the hotel. So we hopped in the trolley for another 25 minutes to get back to the Wisconsin Dells. All in all, except the margarita at the 3rd stop, the drink and food was awful and there was no organization. You'd be better off heading to a chain mexican restaurant like On the Boarder or better yet, CHIPOTLE and grabbing a bottle of patron from the liquor store for that amount of money.

Totally awesome experience. Enjoyed the 3 wineries and the candy shop. The lunch was nice. We had such a great time, we are already looking at doing this again next year. I am sure we will have more friends join us.
