Bike Cycles

I purchases a high-end ebike at this shop. The staff worked hard at getting be exactly what I was looking for and helped with all the extras which was above and beyond. I drove a long way because their reviews were very good and I agree this is a great bike shop. I have purchased several bikes in the past from low to high end. They listened to me and handled all me needs in a very timely manner. Thank you Shawn and Jon for all your help! I LOVE my new bike!!!

Shawn and his team at Bike Cycles are great! I was in search of a hard-to-get mountain bike, and Shawn came through with the exact bike I was in search of. Shawn, and mechanic Derrick, worked tirelessly to get me set up with exact components I wanted. A bike fit from Jon rounded out the perfect bike that was custom job just for me! You can't get this type of service at any other shop in town. Bike Cycles is not just great for mountain bikes, gravel bikes, and road bikes; but I've also purchased several of my kids' bikes there as well. The shop and crew is kid friendly, and always welcome us a "welcome to Bike Cycles." Its definitely worth your time to cruise into Bike Cycles to check out what they have to offer!

Shawn, Jon and the entire crew at Bike Cycles are top notch. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase(s). They know the market and stay current. I'm 5 minutes from two local bike shops but choose to drive 2-hours south to see them in Wilmington. As an avid cyclist, I have made them my trusted, go-to shop. Give them a try, I promise you won't regret it.

Stopped in to BikeCycles yesterday for a new Tube for a baby stroller. The staff couldn't have been more friendly. (Derek) changed the tube for me and walked me through his process step by step. I will definitely be shopping there again in the future. A++

Great place to shop most anything cycling. Shawn and his professional staff are always friendly and happy to assist you. Had my last two BG bike fit done here and very satisfied with my results. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
