Two Wheeler Dealer

My husband and I finally decided it was time to go hybrid! So we went to 2 Wheeler Dealer to check out their inventory. They were crazy busy and inventory was way down since it was Mother's day weekend and the mad rush was on. A perfect recipe for a customer disaster, but these people are true professionals at customer service as well as bikes! We had a sales rep with 24 years of experience who was able to help us with exactly what we wanted and needed. Even with lower inventory, they had a decent selection. He didn't try to sell us every accessory in the world, which we really appreciated. He also made sure our selected bikes were fitted perfectly for us to ride. Loved the customer service, the first year free service guarantee, and the free labor on the manufacturer's warranty. Highly recommend....wouldn't go anywhere else!

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff!!! UPDATE -- I revisited the store again and received the same excellent service that I did before! I was greeted by Paige who put me in touch with an amazing technician named Jonathan. He knew exactly what was wrong with my sons bike, and was able to fix it quickly and for a very reasonable price! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new bike or repairs on one they currently own! They definitely do not disappoint!

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable people. They go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. I highly recommend them for all bikes, accessories, and maintenance/repair. Repairs are usually done while you wait. None of the bike shop snobbery that is too often seen from local bike shops.

Great bicycle shop! Knowledgable staff, full range of service and parts for all riders and all types and brands of bicycles. Large selection of New and Used bicycles of all types and sizes.

This place is awesome. You get great personalized service and get treated like family. When I need work on my bike, a new bike or accessories. I only deal with them. I have been a customer for at least 3 years now and I reccomend this place to everyone I know.
