Bike Works converted my tires to tubeless. They got the job done quickly so I wouldn’t have to make another long drive. While I was in their store, I talked to several workers. Everyone friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. They have mechanics that know the most complex bike systems. They check online materials to confirm they are correct before proceeding. These guys know their stuff. I’ve found a shop to service what I can’t.

I wanted to follow up and share some more amazing customer service from the crew at BW's. I just purchased my 3rd bike from them. I cannot put into words how great the customer service is. The latest bike isn't even a high end bike, but they treat me the same no matter how much I spend. The Dan's have assembled a great team of passionate bike enthusiasts that are willing to share their first hand knowledge whenever I come in. It's also refreshing to hear the banter about any subject under the sun. I am so glad these guys aren't stuffy, tie wearing car salesman, but real bike dudes and dudette that love to ride! I wish I could I give 10 stars. I recently purchased another bike from BW's and I couldn't be happier. Like always, I get amazing service and a great value. Not only did I get a sexy OPEN gravel bike, I was invited on a shop group ride to "break it in". I can't say enough, I feel like Norm from Cheers every time I walk in, I even have my own stool at the bar! I refer anyone and everyone that I know to BW's for their bike needs. Keep up the great work!

Incredible, knowledgeable staff!! They gave me a bike box for shipping my bike and a screw I had lost on a long trip for free!: They also have a very cute, well-behaved dog on-site. 10/10 great experience!

Great bike shop with high-quality bikes and parts. Their service team has been friendly and helpful when I've asked questions.

Im a Handcyclist and this are trickier machines. Mike and his crew have helped me out and gone the extra mile every time I stop by. Not so many road bikes but there is not much they can’t fix for a reasonable price, on time, with great service and an espresso machine.

I would like to apologize for intruding on your little bro-fest the other day. It wasn't my intention to be the only customer in the shop and then to irritate you by asking for help and then to further ire you by actually make a purchase! This has happened before several times, but won't happen again!

I LIKE BIKEWORKS!!.. I like biking on all the New Mexico trails with my dogs l even use my bike to commute to and from work when weather permits. One day I few blocks away from my house I got a flat tire. It checked several places online and they were not open yet. Thankfully Bikeworks opens at 9:00AM, when I called I asked if they had the size tube I needed and they did, so I took my bike on my SUV. They were busy with many clients looking at the many bikes for sale, buying Parts, getting their bikes Service, buying accessories, buying helmets, and shopping for everything around the store. They had enough coverage there was no wait in line for checkout and for being assisted. I was surprise since the new location they moved to is kind of hidden. I used my google maps navigation on the phone to get there...They must be doing something right and that is why they have many clients! I was having trouble installing it. They even installed it for free. I RECOMEND YOU TO GO TO BIKEWORKS WHENEVER YOU NEED ANYTHING REGARDING BICYLES . THANK YOU. BE SAFE RIDING OUT THERE FRIENDS!

Above and beyond the call of duty. Fixed my derailleur issues with same day service whilst we were doing the Great Divide Mountain Bike Route. Great price and great service. I wish this was my local bike shop. Top work fellas 5 stars

Cool store, with a good selection of products. It seemed like this is a very “Clicky” group though. I had the intention of buying some bars and a stem. I may as well have been a ghost in there. It didn’t seem like I was even noticed the whole time I was there. Probably won’t be going back.
