This place has gone downhill, it’s never really busy anymore either. The prices have gone up just like anything else but it appears the portions are smaller as well, Service is always mediocre I’m never wowed or dissatisfied it’s just basic service.

We chose to eat here because we wanted to see what all the hype was about. It was our first time eating here and it for sure will be the last. First the lady that was making our order asked us what we wanted and when we told her she acted like she didn't hear us and would ask again rudely slamming the meat down on the cutting board. We ordered three of the 12.99 meals. We when I went to pay for it the gentleman that was at the register was extremely rude. He stated that the total was over $55, to which I asked him for clarification on why and he got even more disrespectful with me stating that I ordered sliced meats so that add to the price. However I only order sliced brisket for one meal which I was fine paying for but the other two meals had NO sliced meats in them and he still wanted to charge me for them anyway. He would not listen to what I was asking, just continue to be rude. It doesn't end there , when we got home to eat all the food was cold and we didn't even get the right meat that we had asked for. Total came to over $55 when it should of be about $39 plus tax. DONT waste your time with this place unless you like being talked to very disrespectful and wasting your money on food you didn't order. There is WAY better BBQ places than this one.

Billy Simms makes some of the best food especially since the closure of Rib Crib. Nice looking location with great feel... That said there is often order errors with incorrect and missing stuff. The most recent visit, literally got into a minor debate with staff over them not putting a 43cent sauce into the bag which was paid for already... Bought another to resolve issue and get food home in a timely manner. Also, despite the city wide mask ordinances, and signs on door, mask wearing of staff was incorrect or not even at all...see photos.

Absolutely love the food! BBQ ribs are so tender with amazing taste! The baked beans are delicious and the baked potato salad is the best! Edit 12/11/22 I stopped to get some great BBQ but I left without food. The 2 workers never took my order or even acknowledged me. One man was cleaning and the other man was sitting behind the register. Anyway after a few minutes I left very frustrated and probably won't go back.

When I came to pick up my order, someone behind the counter made a joke out of my name and compared me to a movie character. I'm sure it was in good nature, but was very unprofessional. Please don't joke with your customers like that because they may not come back.

Purchased 3 meat dinner to go and was highly disappointing. Ribs were clearly old and not eatable. Will not return for any further patronage.

Best plt to come to in Oklahoma City expressway best ribs best employees always nice always clean their the young black man sweet and Terry hanging get his name so I don't know what what's his name but he's always nice I call him Big Daddy sweet young manFood: 5/5

Ribs had large bones in them and didn't get very much meat off of them won't be going there again nope we'll billy Sims barbecue owner the ribs certainly were inferior

$1 menu portions with premium meal prices. Worst restaurant I have ordered from bar none. UBERed order, missed all sides and order notes. These guys should not be running.
