Interesting menu of items that are cooked well. The fusion concept is executed appropriately with some good ideas, such as caramelized honey. Nothing in particular stands out though -- the ideas are not sufficiently different from the dishes they are based upon to be thought of as their own; they all feel like single substitutions have been made, which don't improve upon the dish, but are different and curious.

Bing Bing is always great for a night out, whether on a date or with a group of friends. The menu may look small, but there are tons of options, including for vegetarians. The decor is funky, the music playlist is consistently excellent and the people who work there are awesome. It sometimes gets crowded, particularly on the weekends. If you're doing a last-minute pop in, be prepared to get a drink at the bar for a few minutes.

One dish, the special fish fried spring roll was hot and crisp and tasty. The shrimp dumplings were ok. The soup dumplings were pretty bad - had a strange stale flavor to them. A couple of other 'inventive' dumpling types were just not good.
Atmosphere was cool. Good beer selections. Liquor drinks overpriced at about $9.

My favorite Chinese food place in entire Philly! Almost all small plates, each of them is quite cheap, so you can go crazy and select everything on the menu. It’s so much fun to taste and share. You can make a reservation, but if you get there early enough: at 6-7 pm, you have good odds to get a table. Their Thai tea is delicious too.

The Food is amazing as are the drinks. Went for happy hour and was not disappointed. Very cool atmosphere. The only problem I had was the space but other than that was a really great find.
