Best donation experience I've EVER had! Hands down. Staff extremely friendly, informative & FAST. They do appointments & my first time only took two & a half hrs! I have small veins & it usually takes an hr & a half to donate, but it took me less than 45min here! And no bruising the next day. I love this place! They're awesome.

Great experience donating! I started with the bonus program and have continued with their tiered system. The facility is clean and everyone has been friendly. Well trained staff and quick to address any minor issues that arise. Recommended!

I've been donating here almost every week now, my first time being a month ago! From the moment you walk on you're greeted and feel welcomed by everyone you meet. They explain the process very thoroughly and take you through it comfortably. I will continue to donate here and recommend it to everyone.

They never answer the phone and they're very unorganized with doing call backs for test results. I'd think this is very important...

I have been donating twice a week for 2 years now and absolutely love my center. The people are great. Well trained and pleasant. Occasionally there is a bit of a wait but it isn’t because the staff is slacking. The place itself is very clean and well maintained also. I definitely recommend them!

Son is having problems registering . He doesn't have a phone. It would be nice to actually speak to a live person!
