Efficient and friendly staff. Clean facility. No complaints

I've been several times now, and plan to go back! They are fast, they are friendly, and it's a really clean nice environment

The staff workers were rude, I wasn’t greeted until 15 minutes later although all the staff workers made eye contact with me no one still said anything. The staff sat and talked about some show instead of helping new customers like myself and when I was finally greeted it was with an attitude.

If 0 stars could be given that’s exactly what they would’ve gotten. The receptionist were so rude it makes no sense. I called to ask a question and was left on hold for 30 minutes. When I called back the lady hung up in my face.

I thought everyone was really nice. Facility clean. Customer service was great. Got me through as a new donor really quickly.The best plasma center I’ve ever donated at in 30 years s

Experience was over all comfortable and professional. Full disclosure of the procedure was provided, staff were kind. First time donation was overall a good experience, definitely will recommend.
