I had a great experience. Gray was very nice and helpful. I bought 4 pairs because I have plantar fasciitis and need better shoe support. I will go back.
Why shop a local store and support them with there is bad treatment like this store gives? Look at other reviews saying the same thing. I'll shop online. This store missed out on a "sure thing" sale. Customer service would be a zero if I could give it. Extremely disgusted with the older woman and owner/son of owner/family of owner bald man who obviously needs to work/own a different business even though this is a family business. Oh and your response is a joke. There is nothing you can do now to win my business and I hope others become aware to shop elsewhere. I'm expecting my online delivery of Birks to be here tomorrow. Thank you for nothing.
Couldn't even fit any of the shoes here but the associate was awesome! Amber was very help and had great customer service.
This place is awesome! Super friendly and helpful staff. I’m so glad I stopped in and I’ll be back! Love my new pair of Birkenstocks too
I have noticed many negative reviews about Barb who works here. First of all, she has been there forever and knows more about shoes than most people. But more importantly if you paid the least bit of attention, you would realize that she is hard of hearing, if you speak clearly and stand in front her you will not have any problems! I have always received very good service from everyone at this store and think it is a shame that a good employee is being slammed because of a disability!
Great store with tons of variety. The staff was super helpful - really knew his stuff and made great recommendations on which size and pair would be best and how to care/treat the Boston's I got. Thanks for the great experience!
I called to ask if they had a size 8 in any Birkenstock’s that were non slips, I was told “yeah we do.” I drove 30 minutes to go try some on and when I got there I was told there are no size 8’s. I just don’t understand the logic here? There wasn’t even other non slip shoes in my size. I’m glad the sales clerk recommended rack room shoes or else my 30 minute trip would have been for nothing. I also rushed because I was told on the phone by the clerk that she likes to shut down the computers before 6pm.
I would walk barefoot over a freshly resealed asphalt parking lot in July before I return to this store. I would drop my money in the storm drain in the parking lot before I spend it in a store where customers are treated as if they are absolute idiots. On a positive note, I found what I was looking for on Zappos for $10 less and no attitude from a snarky employee.
Had the most amazing experience here with a gentleman who was very patient and extremely knowledgeable about the products. I’ve never owned Birkenstocks before, but always wanted a pair and never felt like I got it right at department stores. I got sized and fitted for the perfect shoe and am thrilled. When it came down to style and color I just gave an idea of what I wanted without looking at the display wall and the sales gentleman came from the back with the perfect pair. I couldn’t have asked for better and immediately went with what he brought out. Ended up leaving with three pair!!
The shoes aren’t the problem in this particular store location although I must say they run out of sizes quite often, it’s the customer service! I’ve attempted buying shoes at this location 4 different times in the past year and each of these times I’m met with rude, rushed customer service reps! On two occasions I was in the store first with no other customers and was not greeted the store is very small too so they know when people come in immediately, I was looking at some Toms and felt the presence of someone behind me they did not say a word...so weird when I turned and looked at the rep I am the one who spoke first and asked for two sizes in one pair of toms. The older lady rep seemed very annoyed that I would ask for 2 different sizes and she proceeded to ask if I knew my actual size. This first told me she was rude and then it spoke of how she knew nothing about the shoes they carry and sell in this Birkenstock store. Toms run different for everyone as most shoes do obviously. The run narrow and short for me in my actual size so I like to try on both sizes to make sure before I purchase. Not that this mattered at all...she should have said no problem and let me check if we have both in stock...but she did not. The rest of the experience was the same...just rude and she did not want to be bothered with. Another occasion in the store yes I’m glutton for punishment apparently I was the first customer in and no one spoke/greeted me and then 2 other people came in and they were greeted and actually asked how they could be helped. 4 different occasions in the span of a year and I’m def done with this business! Nordstrom and Dillard’s have much better selections, sizes, and great customer service for me to waste anymore time or money with this poorly ran local business. It’s sad when you try to support local businesses and you’re met with this lack of customer care/service!
