The first impression is the last impression. Took my purchase to the checkout to ask two questions... one asking about the size and the other about the return policy. Two people at the checkout, one a man the other, a lady on the phone. He appeared to be new, waiting on guidance from the person on the phone. After getting the answers. I decided to make the purchase. The first question asked was, what's my phone number? I looked puzzled and asked why do you need my phone number? He looks at the lady on the phone. She gets off the phone... not in a nice way.. "our system is down and this is how we're tracking the information to enter later. " My response, I will give you all 9s for my phone number. She didn't seem to like my answer. If my phone number is needed I won't make the purchase. Then they were not taking cash. Which I was okay with. Then things turned around for the better. The purchased was made. The first thing they should have explained is WHY you're needing a phone number. I still would have provided 9s and don't get upset if someone doesn't want to provide their phone number.

My son and I came in the store for the first time and was very impressed . Very nice quality shoes .Great customer service even though they were busy. Our associate Regan was awesome. She took time helping my son find the perfect pair of cowboy boots. She was knowledgeable and had great customer service . Great job Regan!

Reagan the store manager is an absolutely phenomenal young lady and extremely professional and you will walk out of this store well-dressed.

We went in to have our daughter sized for her first tap and ballet shoes. Davis was very patient and helpful through multiple sizes of each shoe. They even had a sheet that had the correct style for each of the local dance schools so we were confident we were purchasing the right shoes. They also had a good selection of leotards and tights to choose from.

Great experience buying work boots here! Staff was super helpful. The guy can’t remember his name was able to point me in the right direction and gave solid advice about the brands and styles. Great balance of attentiveness and leaving me alone when I needed time to think. It would be a five star rating, but the selection was so small there was only one option for me. Luckily it worked!

They were extremely helpful to my wife. We don't get great service everywhere we go, but it was exceptional at this location. I even tried to hire away the sales associate and get her to work for me. She was patient, helpful with every question, and let my wife try on a dozen shoes, all the while making recommendations about what else she might want to look at and try on. She was as excited as my wife about finding the right pair of shoes.
