The shoe selection is fine and plentiful but my gripe is the checkout area. The dread of all shopping experiences. They make you do a reverse loop to then exit. You'll see it when you go and you'll wonder the same thing...just why? I assume to create a longer area for a line of people to stand but this forces your customers to walk into each other repeatedly to enter and exit the lone. That experience alone makes me realize the management doesn't care about the customer.
The ankle boots selection was pretty limited. I have been in other locations in Central Florida that have a much more diverse selection.
This location is as expected. Very neat amd clean. This location is usually well stocked. Very attentive and friendly staff. I usually shop here for sandals because they usually have a good selection of all styles. My last purchase was cute flat sandals to wear with my swim suit to the pool while on vacation. They were so cute that I bought another pair online while on vacation then the 3rd color when I got back. They were on sale and I had a fee rewards for being a vip member and it was my birthday month.
The shoe selection has gone down and it seems that DSW doesn’t carry many name brands anymore. Disappointed to say the least!
They have an awesome selection of shoes the shoes I was looking for they didn't have there even tho the one in the pictures are really cute but that was an easy fix I order them online at the store
Great customer service! Assistant manager went above board in assisting us. She checked on line for the size we needed unfortunately the style in a different color wasn't available in store to try on. We declined to order without trying on since it was a gift.
I had a reward that was due to expire on 5/25/2022. I was getting ready to use my reward tonight on a pair of shoes and it was taken away from me on 5/24/2022. I don’t understand why that happened it should not have expired until tomorrow that is just wrong. I may have to stop shopping at DSW because the service is just not the same. I am so disappointed.
Terrible absolutely the worst. I ordered my Sister a pair of those Jessica Simpson shoes.They were to arrive at the store. It took forever. Then the curbside sign and store hours did not match. I’m parked in curbside reading the sign to customer service, she going to tell me they open at a different time then what the signs clearly says. Then my sister wore the shoes and the sole comes a loose on the shoes like she had had them for years. Sent them back to the store. Took FOREVERRRRR FOR A REFUND I HAD TO CALL TWICE A WEEK. After much running around and playing cat and mouse and calling corporate finally someone was able to assist me.
The customer service at this location is HORRIBLE. No one wants to assist. I just left this location and had to basically say excuse me 4 times before the associate would even acknowledge me. I asked her about formal purses and she pointed in the wrong direction. Once I got in line and found the correct formal purses in the incap I was disgusted. She was so busy with her airpods listening to whatever to do her job.
