Has a knowledgeable team of estheticians. The Dr. is not only a certified psychiatrist, but her understanding of the facial anatomy and compassion towards patients and clients alike keeps bringing me back. (I also love how the receptionists at the front desk know me by name and treat me like a friend instead of a consumer).

Not a good place for microdermabrasion especially if you buy it from Groupon it seems like they don't want to do the full microdermabrasion

I can't tell you what a scam artist and rip off this woman is. Her office has been charging my credit card almost 400.00 a month for a year! Something that was supposed to be for a facial "special" that's a special???? I had to call my credit card to get charged back. When you didn't go a certain month the facial would carry over say I paid for December but didn't go I would have until whenever to use it well not here only when the person at the front desk knew what they were talking about. One would say yes this carried over and another would say no your package expired. They can't keep any employees and the ones who do leave or are thrown out basically say how bad they are treated. This wasn't the only time I was also given back 1000.00 on a "special" she was running where something was supposed to be 1500 and I went to check out and it was 3000! She didn't want to give me the money back but her office staff had to tell her I was a loyal customer and it wasn't right. I called to make an appt for a prepaid facial and my aesthetian I used for years was gone they didn't inform me I went they had to call someone who didn't know what she was doing but lead me to believe it was the person I had always seen when I got there! I had to wait until the woman they called to come in got there to do a facial that she had NO CLUE what she was doing! This office is a mess totally unorganized and she is money hungry...period. I would never return here. The best was I was laughed at when I called about my credit card being charged month after month the woman on the phone said she was confused and I had 2 contracts!!! Like I said the place is a disaster stay far away.

My experience was WONDERFUL at BiroVenus Medical Spa in Little Silver, NJ. I had an Ulthera or Ultherapy face lift and now look 10 years younger. Dr. Marcus and her staff are very professional. I have been going to BiroVenus for almost 3 years and started with teeth whitening and Botox and filler. The staff at BiroVenus Medical Spa make you feel younger inside and outside. I have been to other spas or doctors in the area but none make you feel like you are the most important patient like Birovenus Med Spa. I also recently had a weight management consultation which has helped by physical appearance in other areas aside from my face.
