Ellan Laser MedSpa

She injected my forehead with botox and caused my eye to droop. Ive been scotch taping it up. She told me to come into the office to take a look and see if she could fix it. She injected more botox and CHARGED me an additional $80----and It did absolutely nothing to lift it. I called a week later to request a partial refund and of course she declined. Im stuck with my face like this for the next 6 months. Don't trust your face to her ladies, shes a poor injector of botox

I've been going to Ellan Laser Medspa for quite some time now and I must say I've had a great experience with my treatments.

Very patchy laser hair removal treatment, and they did not fix their mistakes. I have had at least 10 laser hair removal treatments before I went here, so I know what to expect. They were nice and the treatment process was just like any other good salon. However, the results were very different than what I am used to. There was a big strip of hair totally untouched by the laser. When I went in for a follow up to express my concern, they told me that they had done the whole area, and if I wanted the patchy areas treated I would have to pay for it. I know the salons I have been to in the past would have fixed their mistake. I only tried this place out of convenience, unfortunately I am very disappointed.

I was very very disappointed with my experience espically since my consultation went very well... I went in for Botox in certain area and was told it would last 3-4 months. To my surprise it lasted 3 weeks and reconsulted with the doctor who totally denied any responsibility for the procedure. After researching about Botox I found out that the reason for Botox to not last as long is 1) overdillution which is done by the doctor, 2)injection into the blood stream or poor quality of the Botox. The reason that was given to me by the doctor was" your body metabolized it fast and it's not my fault". Enough to say I am not going back there again or referring any of my friends.

I can't say enough about Ellan. Dr. Burghli is kind, informative and honest. The facility is elegant and relaxing. The staff do their best to make you comfortable and are always pleasant. I have had Zerona, skin tightening, botox and fillers done by Dr. Burghli with awesome results! I would highly recommend coming to Ellan!
