The Kaiser Medispa

I am part of the massage club and get a massage every 2-4 weeks. They are friendly and professional, and do a great job of creating and maintaining a relaxed environment for my massages.

I went for a facial and saw Michelle--it was definitely a great treat! She made me feel comfortable and helped me to fine tune my skin routine. I would absolutely recommend.

Love this spa! Super clean, and everyone is super nice. The estheticians really know their stuff... my skin has never looked better! Also Michelle is amazing at eyebrows, I’ll never get them done anywhere else.

Front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional when I called to reschedule an appointment I had made only a couple hours prior. I am a new client and was unaware of their cancellation policy because she had never told me of one when I had made my original appointment. I work with appointments as well and understand and respect the importantance of keeping an appointment and how it is time out of their book. However, if this is such a strict policy I expect a detailed explanation before you take away money I spent on your LivingSocial deal. Also, this particular esthetician had many openings Monday afternoon as well as the following day so I didn’t think it would be an issue to reschedule. The part that bothered me the most was how unprofessional and snobby the receptionist was to me when I asked to reschedule. Claiming she already redeemed my Livingsocial voucher and I was not able to use it for a later appointment. I am very familiar with these vouchers and I know this is a total lie. I was shocked how she spoke to me with such a condescending attitude. I understand rescheduling an appointment is frustrating, but it was very obvious you were annoyed and you just would not work with me. I hope the $40 was worth losing a client (and many others) over. I appreciate professionalism and for this reason I will never come to this medispa.

Dr. Kaiser and Eric take a way more innovative approach than I have experienced with more traditional chiropractic therapy. Kaiser's office never sets limitations for you, but rather goals personalized to relieve whatever ailments you may be struggling with. They know their clients on a very personal level and make it a priority to offer relief so you can live about your life any way you choose to. I highly recommend!
