Host was super polite about letting us read the menu over before committing, our server was polite, friendly, and funny, and oh my goodness. The food. I don't have words. We were floored by how absolutely delicious it all was. My friend has lived here for 30 years and I've been here for 5 myself but neither of us had ever been here! Huge mistake, we'll be back again and again :)

I walked in alone and they instantly made space for me. The lasagna was recommended by the server and it good (not great). The service was good but I felt in the way - the server seemed in a hurry & didn't communicate much. I also ordered the bread pudding - save yourself the calories.

The food here is always good. I love the funky decor and chalk board menu. Our waitress was friendly and fast, overall it was a great dinner. My only complaint is they don't take reservations on Fri/Sat nights, and for such a small place the wait can often be over an hour with no where to stand besides a crowded entry way and outside.

What a delicious and amazing restaurant! I agree the wait can be long, but there’s an easy fix! Go less then 50 feet to blue star cafe and have a pint, makes the time go by much faster because the host or hostess at Bizzarro can message or call you. The food is incredible and their house red wine is some of my favorite.

Delicious food, more gluten free options than you'd expect at an Italian restaurant, including zoodles. The walls and ceiling are filled with unique decorations that can start conversations. I wlwayst find something new. The staff are great. I love the charge for using a cell phone, gives an incentive to be present with those you're eating with. There are only a couple beer options, but a fair number of wines available with descriptions of each. Make reservations for groups as it is a smaller place. They've been around since '86 for a reason.
