Been twice and each time they left me waiting beyond my appointment time. Service was good. People were nice and courteous

I needed extreme help. I got off the hospital for the 4th time and truley thought all the thoughts would come back. Bjc isn't the best place. But i feel that they care enough. Finally after 4-5 months of trying a bunch of different medications we finally found one that works. I am on the waiting list for a group therapy for my ptsd. Of course there is a wait, it's a non profit organization. They have many many people to see. Ive never encountered anyone rude. They are blunt and straight to the point. Youre here to get help. Not sugar coat things. I get my medication for free, i go see my doctors for free, because i truly cannot afford insurance.  Dont complain because you are "offended" this place is doing their absolute best and I'm greatly grateful for their help :)

Constantly fail to refill my prescription when I call even though it has refills. Has happened multiple times.
