CenterPointe Outpatient Services

Every single time I have taken my son to see his doctor, we have waited over an hour and a half. Finally after three years, we threw in the towel.

If I could give it no stars I would. Not a helpful place at all when you need it the most. Unorganized and terrible staff. There are way better places to go if you really wanna get clean. This place is horrible though...

After going to Centerpointe IOP, I decided to go to outpatient therapy at Centerpointe off of Tesson Ferry, and it really has helped me. The office staff was very helpful and courteous, as well as the counselors and staff. What you put into the class is what you get out of the class. I recommend Centerpointe to anyone new or who needs help.

They either don't answer the phone or are rude when they do. The staff is just horrible to deal with. I tried to give them another chance and they won't let me make an appointment because we owe them money? Which we NEVER got ANY bills.. I know we don't owe anything. It's not even worth trying to go there.

The office staff is rude, after 2 yrs of my wife going there it never changed. Different staff, same attitude.
